saut\u00e9ed asian cucumbers; cheese"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8511\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/tuna_cucumbers.jpg\" alt=\"tuna_cucumbers\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Very nice, and minimal, allowing\u00a0us to continue with a cheese course this time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>two\u00a0Albacore tuna steaks (totalling about 13 ounces) from Pura Vida Fisheries, rubbed top and bottom with a mixture of dry Italian fennel seed and one and a half dried <em>Itria-Sirissi<\/em> chilis (<em>peperoncino di Sardegna intero<\/em>) from <em>Buon Italia<\/em>, ground together in a mortar-and-pestle, the tuna additionally seasoned with salt, and pepper, then pan-grilled for only a little more than a minute or so on each side, finished with a good squeeze of organic lemon from Whole Foods, scattered with\u00a0micro purple radish sprouts from Windfall Farms, and drizzled with olive oil<\/li>\n<li>a handful of small middle eastern cucumbers from Norwich Meadows Farm, saut\u00e9ed in olive oil until lightly browned, seasoned with sea salt, and tossed with chopped <a href=\"http:\/\/flavorofitalyblog.com\/mentuccia-romana\/\">calamint<\/a> (aka mentuccia, nipitella or nepitella, and\u00a0tasting\u00a0like a cross between mint and oregano) from Berried Treasures Farm<\/li>\n<li>slices of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cowsoutside.com\/wood-fired-rustic-breads\">Bobolink<\/a>\u00a0bread, <a href=\"http:\/\/shop.cowsoutside.com\/cave-ripenedcheddar1lbcut-1-1-1-1-1-3-1-1.aspx\">Red Fife baguette<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8519\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/cucumbers_Asian3.jpg\" alt=\"cucumbers_Asian3\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There was a cheese course.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consider Bardwell &#8216;Manchester&#8217;, a goat cheese;\u00a0Consider Bardwell \u2018Experience\u2019, a pasteurized cow cheese;
