fiore di zucca ravioli with sage butter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/salume_arugula_bread.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7404\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7404\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/salume_arugula_bread.jpg\" alt=\"salume_arugula_bread\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sweet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There were two courses, first, a <em>salumi<\/em> with\u00a0greens&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two ounces of\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/laquercia.us\/cuts_salami_americano\">La Quercia Salame Americano<\/a><\/em>, from Eataly, arranged on plates, drizzled with with a little Casa Gola olive oil, accompanied by\u00a0small leaves of arugula\u00a0from Norwich Meadows Farm, which had been dressed with the same\u00a0oil, juice from a local hot house Lisbon lemon (Fantastic Gardens of Long Island), salt, and pepper<\/li>\n<li>slices of a\u00a0Bien Cuit \u2018campagna\u2019 from Forager&#8217;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;followed by\u00a0a fresh pasta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/fiore_di_zucca_sage.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7406\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7406\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/fiore_di_zucca_sage.jpg\" alt=\"fiore_di_zucca_sage\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>twelve ounces of<em> Fiore di Zucca<\/em> crescent ravioli from Eataly (a filling of\u00a0butternut squash, ricotta, <em>grana padano<\/em>, and breadcrumbs), with a sauce of \u00a06 \u00a0or 8 fresh sage leaves from Eataly warmed in several tablespoons of\u00a0\u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/kerrygoldusa.com\/products?category=2\">Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter<\/a>\u2018, with some grated \u2018Organic Parmigiana Reggiani Hombre\u2019 from Whole Foods sprinkled on the top of the pasta once it had been placed in bowls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the wine through both courses was an Italian (Marche) white,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/flatiron-wines.com\/le-salse-verdicchio-di-matelica-2014.html\">Le Salse Verdicchio di Matelica 2014<\/a><\/li>\n<li>the music during the first part of the meal was the last movements of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Symphony_No._7_(Mahler)\">Mahler&#8217;s Symphony No. 7 in E minor (&#8216;Song of the Night&#8217;)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arkivmusic.com\/classical\/Drilldown?name_id=7537&amp;name_role=1&amp;comp_id=1805\">Michael Tilson Thomas conducting the San Francisco Symphony<\/a>, followed by\u00a0Leif Segerstam&#8217;s Symphony No.12 in One Movement, &#8216;After the Flood&#8217;, from the album, \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Meet-The-Composer-Esa-Pekka-Segerstam\/dp\/B00002DFK8\">Meet the Composer-Conductor<\/a>\u2018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sweet. &nbsp;
