Seafood, halved, saut\u00e9ed slowly for about four or five\u00a0minutes (along\u00a0with a one and a half tablespoons\u00a0of minced garlic, from Norwich Meadows Farm, which had been begun\u00a0to color in the oil), then flipped, and two thirds of a cup of chopped parsley from Stokes Farm\u00a0added to the pan, stirred a bit and the fish saut\u00e9ed\u00a0for a few\u00a0more minutes before it was\u00a0removed to two plates, and the juices spread on top of the fillets<\/li>\n<li>four &#8216;Mountain Magic\u2019 cherry tomatoes from Norwich Meadows Farm, quartered, added to the plates, and seasoned with Maldon salt<\/li>\n<li>yellow flat\u00a0pole beans from Norwich Meadows Farm, blanched, drained and dried, then reheated in oil, finished with salt, pepper, and\u00a0fresh fennel seed from Lani\u2019s Farm<\/li>\n<li>the wine was a French (Loire) white, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.champalou.com\/\">Champalou Vouvray<\/a> 2014\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/kermitlynch.com\/our-wines\/champalou\/\">Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>the music was more from the albums we were listening to yesterday,\u00a0violinist\/composer Todd Reynolds\u2019 2CD composite album, \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/www.innova.mu\/albums\/todd-reynolds\/outerborough\">Outerborough<\/a>\u2018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Day boat Long Island\u00a0Cod.
