Also, it was a &#8216;school night&#8217;, so we couldn&#8217;t eat as late as we might otherwise.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fresh <a href=\"http:\/\/www.giovannirana.com\/\">Rana<\/a> spinach-and-ricotta-filled ravioli from Eataly, cooked and drained, mixed\u00a0with a handful of fairly\u00a0small garlic scapes from\u00a0Lucky Dog Organic which had been saut\u00e9ed in olive oil until almost tender, then\u00a0sections of a ripe\u00a0heirloom tomato from Norwich Meadows Farm gently stirred into the mix, and chopped fresh oregano from Lani&#8217;s Farm tossed on top<\/li>\n<li>the wine was a white Italian, <a href=\"http:\/\/flatiron-wines.com\/le-salse-verdicchio-di-matelica-2014.html\">Le Salse Verdicchio di Matelica 2014<\/a><\/li>\n<li>the music was\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.newworldrecords.org\/album.cgi?rm=view&amp;album_id=17061\">Barbara Benary&#8217;s &#8216;Aural Shoehorning&#8217;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This meal was really tossed together in minutes. \u00a0We had returned relatively late from an evening of David Moss and Harry Partch because afterward we visited with friends who were also in the audiences.
