The bluefish represents the Southeast coast (Rhode Island waters, for me), while the fiddleheads seem very much a treasure of the green north.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>two nine-ounce fillets of bluefish from <a href=\"http:\/\/chives from Phillips Farm\">Blue Moon Fish<\/a>, cooked along the lines described in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rickacooks.blogspot.com\/2012\/07\/roasted-bluefish-fillets-with-tomatoes.html\">a recipe<\/a>\u00a0which we\u00a0had enjoyed several times in the past; \u00a0it\u2019s from Mark Bittman\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fish-Complete-Guide-Buying-Cooking\/dp\/0028631528\">Fish: The Complete Guide to Buying and Cooking<\/a>\u201c; my other ingredients included\u00a0Maine cherry \u2018cocktail\u2019 tomatoes from Whole Foods; two\u00a0baby leeks from Rogowski Farm; chopped rosemary from Phillips Farm; and chopped parsley from Rogowski Farm<\/li>\n<li>fiddlehead ferns from Tamarack Hollow Farm, blanched for about 3-4 minutes, drained, dried,\u00a0added to a pan in which a sliced garlic clove had been allowed to begin to color and some chopped thyme had been introduced and warmed, the\u00a0ferns\u00a0briefly saut\u00e9ed, removed and drizzled with lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>the wine was a Spanish white, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodegasnaia.com\/naia-2010-en\">Naia D.O.
