{"id":4148,"date":"2015-05-11T01:04:04","date_gmt":"2015-05-11T01:04:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?p=4148"},"modified":"2015-05-11T01:04:04","modified_gmt":"2015-05-11T01:04:04","slug":"spaghetti-with-ramps-other-spring-allium-chiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?p=4148","title":{"rendered":"spaghetti with ramps, other spring alliums, chiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/spaghetti_ramps_breadcrumbs.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4219\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/spaghetti_ramps_breadcrumbs.jpg\" alt=\"spaghetti_ramps_breadcrumbs\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I threw almost everything allium-ish I had at the time into this bowl. \u00a0It felt like an\u00a0improvisation, but it was more of an expansion of the\u00a0simple\u00a0Mario Batali basic\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariobatali.com\/recipes\/spaghetti-with-ramps\/\">recipe<\/a>, through the addition of several ingredients.\u00a0\u00a0I knew that even without my further attentions the ingredients would make it\u00a0a success. \u00a0It was also pretty quickly put together.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I used spaghetti from\u00a0Rustichella d&#8217;Abruzzo; the various allium forms I included were ramps from Lucky Dog Organic, baby leeks from Rogowski Farm, spring garlic from Norwich Meadows Farm, Shimonita Onion from Lani\u2019s Farm; the\u00a0breadcrumbs were\u00a0made from various artisanal loaves\u00a0I had watched\u00a0dry\u00a0out<\/li>\n<li>the wine was an Italian white\u00a0(Sardinia),\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sellaemosca.it\/en\/legal.php?r=\/en\/vini_radici_sarde.php?id_sub=17&amp;id_art=382\">La Cala Vermentino di Sardegna 2013\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>the music was Italian (Roman), the &#8216;Motets for 5 voices&#8217;,\u00a0by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Giovanni_Pierluigi_da_Palestrina\">Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I threw almost everything allium-ish I had at the time into this bowl. \u00a0It felt like an\u00a0improvisation, but it was more of an expansion of the\u00a0simple\u00a0Mario Batali basic\u00a0recipe, through the addition of several ingredients.\u00a0\u00a0I knew that even without my further attentions the ingredients would make it\u00a0a success. \u00a0It was also pretty quickly put together.
