That doesn&#8217;t mean however that I can&#8217;t look. The fillets\u00a0pictured above were being offered by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whatisfresh.com\/users\/pura-vida-fisheries\/\">Pura Vida\u00a0Fisheries<\/a>\u00a0when we visited the completely\u00a0\u00a0charming\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csfarmmarket.org\">Cold Spring Farmers\u2019 Market<\/a>\u00a0in the crisp air of this first day of November. \u00a0 They showed themselves\u00a0magnificent in soft sunlight under\u00a0tall trees on the beautiful grounds of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boscobel.org\">Boscobel<\/a>.\u00a0 If I couldn&#8217;t take them home myself, I thought, I could at least broadcast their beauty.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00a0hope the dainty morsels were appreciated by a\u00a0<em>proper<\/em> shopper.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t only the fish that were performing in the <a href=\"Thomas%20Cole (1801-1848), Storm King\">Hudson Valley<\/a> this afternoon. \u00a0The fish seller also had a container of\u00a0other, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Spanish_mackerel\">larger and\u00a0only slightly-less spectacular mackerel<\/a>\u00a0fillets.
