{"id":25429,"date":"2019-12-31T23:55:38","date_gmt":"2019-12-31T23:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?p=25429"},"modified":"2019-12-31T23:55:38","modified_gmt":"2019-12-31T23:55:38","slug":"goat-cheese-and-lemon-panzerotti-granada-pepper-parsley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?p=25429","title":{"rendered":"goat cheese and lemon panzerotti, granada pepper, parsley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25539\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/panzerotti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was an extremely simple meal of a pasta followed by a course that included 3 different cheeses with bread to accompany them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The meal was enjoyed Sunday night, December 15, and its details have been forgotten more than 2 weeks later, but I remember something about a 9-ounce package of a delicious frozen goat cheese and lemon-filled panzerotto from Buon Italia and a sauce which included several tablespoons of butter, one of olive oil, lemon zest and juice, one small chopped Granada seasoning pepper (yellow, with the flavor of a habanero, but only a fraction of the heat) from Eckerton Hill Farm, and possibly several other elements, in addition to sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, the dish finished with chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>the wine was an Italian (the Marche) white,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winemag.com\/buying-guide\/stefano-antonucci-2017-pignocco-verdicchio-dei-castelli-di-jesi\/\">Stefano Antonucci 2017 Pignocco (Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi)<\/a>, from <a href=\"https:\/\/foursquare.com\/v\/manleys-wine--spirits\/4b0de795f964a520675223e3\">Manley&#8217;s Wine &amp; Spirits<\/a><\/li>\n<li>the music was Beethoven, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prestomusic.com\/classical\/products\/7961619--beethoven-symphonies-nos-5-8\">phenomenal, hugely revealing performance of the Symphony No. 5, Philippe Herreweghe conducting the Royal Flemish Philharmonic<\/a>, followed, accompanying the second course, by a beautiful recording of his\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.berliner-philharmoniker-recordings.com\/beethoven-piano-concertos.html\">Piano Concerto No. 1,\u00a0Sir Simon Rattle conducting the Berlin Philharmonic, with Mitsuko Uchida<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was an extremely simple meal of a pasta followed by a course that included 3 different cheeses with bread to accompany them.
