accompanied by a savory sugar pumpkin casserole which included, in addition to the two-pound squash\/fruit from the Greenmarket&#8217;s <a href=\"Paffenroth Gardens\">Paffenroth Gardens<\/a>, one large yellow onion from Pennsylvania&#8217;s Berks County <a href=\"http:\/\/www.farmstory.org\/eckerton_hill_farm.html\">Eckerton Hill Farm<\/a>, also in the Greenmarket, two eggs from <a href=\"http:\/\/v3test.com\/knollkrestfarm\/\"><strong>Knoll Krest Farm<\/strong><\/a>, and 6 ounces of <a href=\"http:\/\/newfarm.rodaleinstitute.org\/features\/2005\/0905\/patchesofstar\/kimbleevans.shtml\">Patches of Star<\/a> goat cheese ricotta\u00a0(both ingredients from the Greenmarket);
