{"id":12970,"date":"2017-05-22T16:34:15","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T16:34:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?p=12970"},"modified":"2017-05-22T16:34:15","modified_gmt":"2017-05-22T16:34:15","slug":"fried-egg-breakfast-no-bacon-this-time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?p=12970","title":{"rendered":"fried egg breakfast, no bacon this time"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12971\" src=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/eggs_no_bacon2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sunday breakfast this time\u00a0was pretty minimal, but still pretty, and\u00a0delicious.<\/p>\n<p>My only indulgence was including a bit of habanada pepper,\u00a0and\u00a0then a micro radish flourish at the end.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>there were eggs from Millport Dairy Farm, fried in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/kerrygoldusa.com\/products?category=2\">Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter<\/a>, maldon salt and freshly-ground Tellicherry pepper, a bit of a dark\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/food.hoggardwagner.org\/?s=habanada+pepper\">heatless habanada pepper<\/a>\u00a0purchased fresh from Norwich Meadows Farm last fall and dried at home, chopped herbs (a mix of parsley from Lani\u2019s Farm, lovage from Windfall Farms, oregano and thyme from Stokes Farm), a bit of micro purple radish from Windfall Farm, and slices of toast from 2 different breads, (a local grain &#8217;12 Grain &amp; Seed&#8217; from Bread Alone\u00a0in the Union Square Greenmarket, and a Tribeca Oven &#8216;Seeded Jewish Rye&#8217; from Whole Foods Market<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>the music was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naxos.com\/catalogue\/item.asp?item_code=ODE1243-2D\">Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber, &#8216;The Rosary Sonatas&#8217;<\/a> (rosaries are not my thing, but the music&#8217;s wonderful, all 2 hours of it)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday breakfast this time\u00a0was pretty minimal, but still pretty, and\u00a0delicious.
