On Tuesday I prepared a meal using the second half of a package of their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfoglini.com\/products\/bronx-brewery-bxb-radiators\">Bronx brewery BxB radiators<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 ounces of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfoglini.com\/\">Sfoglini Pasta Shop<\/a>\u2018s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfoglini.com\/products\/bronx-brewery-bxb-radiators\">Bronx brewery BxB radiators<\/a>\u00a0(\u201cspent grain from Bronx Rye Pale Ale, which is comprised of five different barley malts, resulting in a roasted\u00a0barley finish\u201d, according to the maker), carefully boiled to \u2018safe territory\u2019, that is, something\u00a0between \u2018too hard\u2019 and \u2018too mushy\u2019, drained, tossed\u00a0inside a large tin-lined heavy tall-sided copper pan in which a simple sauce had been created by warming two ramp bulbs from Max Creek Hatchery,\u00a0chopped, with a bit of crushed dried Sicilian pepperoncino from Buon Italia until the alliums had mostly softened and given off a gentle aroma, before some upland cress from Paffenroth Gardens and the roughly-chopped green leaves of most of a bunch of ramps (Max Creek Hatchery) were added and stirred over a low to medium flame until barely wilted, with\u00a0some reserved pasta water to emulsify the sauce, seasoned with a little salt and freshly-ground Tellicherry pepper, divided into 2 shallow bowls, a little olive oil drizzled around the edges of the pasta, some\u00a0Parmigiano-Reggiano Vache Rosse from Eataly slivered\u00a0over the top<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>the wine was an Austrian (Kremstal) white,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chelseawinevault.com\/steinig-gruner-veltliner-austria-2015#.WQgCsIEpCaM\">Steinig Gr\u00fcner Veltliner Austria 2015<\/a>, from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chelseawinevault.com\/\">Chelsea Wine Vault<\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>the music was from the album, &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.arkivmusic.com\/classical\/album.jsp?album_id=1175504\">C.
