So why am I bothering to post another fairly routine Sunday breakfast? Because it was there; because we love breakfast; because the photo of this one is\u00a0a little prettier than some; also, those 3 golden yokes are\u00a0particularly\u00a0perky.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the free range eggs were from Millport Dairy Farm, as was the thick smoked bacon; the bright red Maine tomatoes were Backyard Farm \u2018cocktail tomatoes\u2019 from Whole Foods; the allium was part of one spring onion from Norwich Meadows Farm; the small bunch of greens was micro red watercress from Two Guys from Woodbridge, as was\u00a0the chopped lovage sprinkled on top of the eggs; the\u00a0eggs enjoyed a healthy pinch of crushed golden home-dried Habanada pepper as well, also from Norwich Meadows Farm (acquired fresh last season);\u00a0there was also Maldon salt and freshly-ground Tellicherry pepper; there was a little dried dill on the tomatoes; and the toast was from a loaf of Bien Cuit\u00a0&#8216;Campagne&#8217; from Foragers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the music was\u00a0the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/B01NAV9HJW\/ref=cm_sw_r_oth_api_4oNQybPVMVFY9\">&#8216;Missa Euge Bone&#8217;, by the mid-sixteenth century English church musician, Christopher Tye, performed by\u00a0the London Oratory Schola Cantorum Boys Choir<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u00a0already know the story.
